This Privacy Policy explains how Ofiz, Inc. (“Ofiz,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use getofiz.com and our related services (the “Service”).

Information we collect

Information you provide. Account details (name, email, phone, password) and, if you list a space, office and location details. When you book or host, we collect booking details and any messages you send through the Service. Payment details are handled by our third-party payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.

Information collected automatically. Device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and interactions, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Cookies & analytics

We use cookies, pixels, and analytics tools — including the Meta pixel — to operate the Service, understand usage, and measure our marketing. You can control cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work without them.

How we use information

To provide and operate the Service; create and manage accounts; process and coordinate bookings; communicate with you; improve and secure the Service; measure and deliver marketing; detect and prevent fraud or abuse; and comply with legal obligations.

How we share information

We share information with service providers who help us run the Service (hosting, database, payments, analytics, advertising); between hosts and guests as needed to complete a booking; when required by law or to protect rights and safety; and in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers we rely on

We use Supabase (database, authentication, storage), Vercel (hosting), Meta (advertising and measurement), and Mapbox (maps). Their processing of data is governed by their own privacy policies.

Data retention & security

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices & rights

You may access, update, or request deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law.

Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above.
